conveyancing

At Foxtons we understand that selling a home can be an anxious process involving several parties including your real estate agent, your financial advisor and your solicitor/conveyancer. The conveyancer’s role is to transfer the property title from the vendor to the purchaser, and also to provide documents to prospective purchasers such as:-

 Section 32 Vendor Statement

 Contract of Sale

 Section 27 Early Release of Deposit Statement

Foxtons Estate Agents have established relationships with local conveyancers which we are confident will provide you with timely and highest quality service, whilst having a ‘no sale, no charge’ policy.
